Dr Zoe I just wanted you to know how nice it is to be able to get out of bed and be active again. All because you finally returned my dose to 11.28, the amount Weldon worked on and determined gives me the most pain relief If only you had not reduced my dose during surgery when you said that you would not, not let me suffer since last May, or been more understanding of my pain level and increased my dose earlier, we could have avoided our problems and still have a good doctor/patient relationship

By far the worst doctor every Dr.Zoe . Not sure why she in pain management she doesn't even understand pain.... She should change her careers... She gives epidural injection without any follow up appointments. And her staff members are rude.

Dr.zoe she is very unprofessional & very disorganized, Pocatello & Idaho falls.1st visit her consultantion, 2nd visit evaluation report on me to my surprise she didn't have all my reports in front of her like my MRI, x-rays, and pervious injections. I asked her how can you do a evaluation report on me without all the reports. She ignored me and kept on typing, 3rd visit lumbar injection. Then a report to return back to work with no restriction. I still have pain & numbness, & my benifits stop.

I had seen at the facility for many years but recent changes to the labs they used and bill comapnys has left the clinic in shambles in felt more like a slaughter house than clinic to me. When I decided not to go back because they did not what to treat me with the right type of care, I have been stuck with wrong changes and they wont fix them. I let them subject me to marninally useful injections, back braces, worthless ointments so they would at least continue to give me the treatment I need.
Nurses won't return calls about urgent concerns, but the billing dept sure will call about $30 right away.
I have been seeing Dr. Zoe for 2 1/2 months as my pain specialist. My pain has actually gotten worse and they refuse to take my pain seriously. They tell me to ask my primary care for help when they know they made you sign a contract saying you can't get pain meds from anyone else. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever had.

Never saw a Real Doctor in the office. PA's at best. Lousy patient handling skills. Overcharged on tests ($450 for a $17 drug screen?) to take advantage of Medicare. Never offered more than pain meds. Very rough treatment by medical practitioners. Took over 3 months to transfer records to another Pain Mgmt Doctor after I fired them. Office staff condescending and rude. Stay far, far away from this office.

Dr. Zoe is very personable, knowledgeable and compassionate. She is an expert in her field and it shows from the results I receive after each treatment. I have no lasting side effects and the relief I receive lasts 6 months to almost a year before I need another treatment. I was told that relief usually lasts 3 - 6 months at the latest. I am thankful that she is here.
