I was recommended to Dr Pak by my Pulmonologist to review the CT Scan results and recommend a follow-up plan. I was immediately impressed with Dr Pak’s caring and thoughtful nature of treating his patients from his initial entry into the examining room. I was his last appointment for the day however he took his time talking with me, reviewing my CT Scan images, and making a recommendation. We agreed on a biopsy to further study the lymph nodes. On my post-op appoint the biopsy report was a little complicated and it was not finalized by the Pathology dept. Dr Pak was very reassuring in that appointment but cautious. However, a few days later, Dr Pak called me himself and delivered the good news in a very reassuring and professional manner. I highly recommend Dr Pak and give him a 5-star rating. I can’t rate Dr Brown in this profile, but he gets 5 stars from me as well. Oh – I can’t forget Charlotte, her efforts deserve 5 stars as well! Thanks!

I was reluctant to have thyroid surgery, but continuing complications from Grave’s Disease and the size of my rather large goiter made swallowing, sleep and increasingly, breathing difficult. I first saw Dr. Pak in the hospital. He was kind, competent and caring. It was a pleasant to talk to him. He never seems rushed and welcomes my questions. The COVID-19 pandemic made scheduling my surgery a challenge, but having a surgeon who understood my concerns and took the time to address everyone eased some of the anxiety. Surgery was a success and his care, concern and kindness continues. I am grateful! And that care extends to his office manager. They have truly been a blessing.

I went to Dr. Pak for a large thyroid goiter. Dr. Pak is the best doctor I have ever been to. He thoroughly explained everything and I never felt rushed. He is so caring and knowledgeable. After my first visit I had a question, left a message and received a return call shortly from Dr. Pak himself. Charlotte in the office is awesome as well. Can't ask for anything better! I highly recommend!

Dr Pak was recommended to me by my dermatologists to remove a large Lypoma that grew into my shoulder blade. This was done subsequently at the Ft Washington surgical center where everyone was great. Dr Pak could not have been better before, during, and post procedure. A great doctor and a warm professional human being. Highly recommend.

Dr Pak took the time to explain my procedure to my husband and myself. At no time, did we feel rushed or had unanswered questions. If Dr Pak feels you should be monitored for your condition instead of jumping right into surgery, he will let you know his opinion and what he would do and why. I was a bundle of nerves (as anyone would be walking into a surgerical cancer office) however after my appt with Dr Pak and all the insurance help provided by Charlotte, I felt I made the right decision.

I have never met a doc. With the compassion and competence of Dr. Pak. I had a colorless malignant melanoma on my arm, my dermatologist sent my report and Charlotte called within 2 hours. I have a number of conditions that make surgery difficult...he was very careful and thorough. He called me with pathology results between surgeries...what a compassionate man. I would recommend him to anyone with cancer. Charlotte is also terrific...I don’t know how the two of them get so much accomplished.

Dr. Ho Pak was recommended to me by another patient who had a thyroid goiter removed, which was my medical condition as well. I got an appointment quickly to see him at his Abington office and I was scheduled for surgery 1.5 weeks after first meeting with him. He and his secretary played with the schedule to get me in sooner due to my job schedule. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure to me, how he would ensure (to the best he could) keeping my vocal cords intact. Best doctor ever.

Dr. Pak was referred to me by my dermatologist for a melanoma on my scalp. His care, knowledge, thoroughness and patience have been extraordinary. His office manager, Charlotte is always there for you. Dr. Pak notified me immediately of any test results and I had absolutely no problem with making appointments whether it was for my first visit or for a follow-up. I highly recommend this wonderful team.

I have been a patient Of Dr.Ho Paks for 14 years.. I remember the first time I went to see him about scheduling surgery, I was scared to death. Cancer is a funny thing, somehow you think it will never happen to you....wrong. He has treated me with the upmost respect and reverence. I feel more than a patient, I feel more like a friend. I know I can call and discuss anything thats on my mind....He sat with me the day of surgery until the OR room was ready..What a guy!

I would highly recommend DR Pak to family and friends. Not that he is just a highly competent doctor , which he is, but also because he is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. He truly made me feel like I was a family member with his level of concern for my feelings. He called me the evening of my biopsy to see how I was feeling and met with me on a Friday between surgeries on a day he didn't have office hours to review my results. He didn't want me anxiously waiting all weekend.

I found Dr Pak personable, knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time needed to explain procedures to be completed. I would have liked more explanation of the post-procedure concerns and care. I had much swelling and a startlingly heavy discharge several days post-procedure. When I called the office, Dr Pak explained all, answered questions and assured me that there was little reason for concern. Explanation pre-procedure would have allowed me to assuage my spouse's concerns.
