I'm sorry if any patient is not pleased with their care. However, I am more than willing to personally speak to them if the call and leave their phone number.  I don't want any patient to feel that they have been "short-changed" in their care.  I want all of my patients to leave the office feeling confident of the diagnosis and treatment plan that we map out together.
