Dr Rosevear provided both substandard care and zero empathy. Following a vasectomy he consistently minimized my concerns and pain, resulting in significant out of pocket expenses to repair the damage, and extreme levels of anxiety. He offered no pain medication for post surgery pain relief when performing the vasectomy, and afterwards was uninterested in treating the post surgery complications. After multiple calls to the practice, a year of progressively worsening pain, and a documented case of Epididymitis as diagnosed by both a Nurse Practitioner and an Osteopath, he still refused to offer pain management assistance or any plausible course of treatment. He effectively told me to "walk it off" and dismissed my case in the most condescending, rude and unprofessional manner that I have ever experienced in five decades of life. The desk staff also act in a condescending and belittling way towards patients experiencing post surgical complications.

Called (Maggie) and left a message, but no one called back. Then, after call in a week later, was cut-off and later after my calling back was told they won't see, treat or help me. This clinic is NON-VET friendly!!!

Dr Rosevear has been great to work with and is explaining all options. From my experience he is kind and patient. He has done a great job of making me feel comfortable and is willing to recommend other doctors to give second and even third opinions. I would recommend this doctor highly

This is a large group of urologists that process a large volume of patients. There have been times there was nowhere to sit in the waiting area which is shabby with no reading material available The openness of registration eliminates privacy and, even more disturbing, the exam room I've been in several times had a direct line of sight into the waiting area. Dr. Rosevear may be a competent doctor but he speaks so fast that both I and my husband found it's hard to absorb all he's saying. His staff is not especially warm and helpful. Specifically, his assistant, Heather, has been repeatedly unresponsive to messages asking for information or assistance, even after 2 days of phone calls. The last straw was having a procedure done in which my sock-covered feet, and most of my pants, were soaked. The tech was blithe to it and left me to try and dry myself, take off my socks, pat dru on my pants before being whisked in to see the doctor. I was embarrassed and angry.

Rosevear keeps pushing me towards a permanent catheter, even though I am quite competent servicing my indwelling with no bladder infections or damage. Acquaintances with permanent caths are very dependent on doctors and prone to problems and seem to sense their demise. Why push an extreme solution that is prone to problems? Money, money, money. "Do No Harm".

Dr. Rosevear is outstanding. I had urinary blockage, which required a catheter for 6 days. He explained everything and expertly answered all our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable but patiently explained everything so we could understand it. He wants as little invasive treatment as possible, which I like. Audio (or video) tape your question and answer session because he talks quickly and we could not absorb everything as fast as he gave it. I'd give him six stars if they would let me.

He is a very open ,consistent Dr. He states the facts whether good or bad and then begins course of action...that being said I do wish lab results..biopsy results could be obtained a bit sooner than the 2 week waiting period...2weels is to much thinking time. However that being said the staff the med assissts are all very professional and very pleasant..I would definitely recommend this practice
