Thought he did ok for my knee scope; then went back for a follow-up visit for 8:15 am & was 2nd patient of the day for him; first sign of him was staff greeting him at 9:33, at 9:45 his staff came to offer a snack to me for waiting so long! Didn't see him until 9:57 and was in-and-out and not to be seen again by 9:59-he left like he had ants-in-his-pants hurry from exam room! Didn't get to ask half the questions I wanted, & brushed me off for what I did ask; finally out of office at 10:30! Poor.

Dr. Leis performed my carpal tunnel release surgery recently. As a pipewelder it was very important to me to get back to work as soon as possible. He made sure to work with my schedule in performing surgery on both of my hands. Everything I needed post surgery was taken care of prior to surgery including setting me up with therapy. My recovery time was cute in half compared to my coworkers who saw other physicians as he is certified in thr latest procedures. No scars! Awesome bedside manner!

Dr leis is a excellent surgeon. He was operated on me 4 times, hand, ankle , wrist and shoulder. I have recommended him to my best friend

He is very professional , he is also very good at what he does. Doesn't waste time, gets right to the point....just takes forever to get into you appointment time...
in Gulfport MS |
Dr leis and his staff are awesome most of the people who leave negative messages are probably drug seekers who didn't get their fix that day. He is a doctor not your friend. Bunch of crybabies!
in Pass Christian, MS |
Broke wrist 13 months ago, required surgery & adding plate. Active 63-year old concerned about future restrictions & pain. Dr. Leis was GREAT, helpful in explaining break, what he would do to fix it & encouraging. Surgery went well. I completed ALL physical therapy & did exercises I was told to do at home to gain strength & mobility. Happy to report full use of wrist, golf scores better than before break (!), no pain, swelling or restriction. Clinic can be frustrating at times.

This Doctor is the absolute WORST. Him or his staff did not prepare me for my post surgery pain. After getting home from the surgery the folder he gave me that was supposed to have all my post surgery instructions on it had like 3 things. I'm still in so much pain and now I've lost my range of motion in my joint. He's the most RUDEST doctor you will ever meet. I'm feeling like he has left me handicapped and he could care less. In my post appointment he didn't even want to answer my questions.
in Kiln, MS |
This doctor is horrible. I couldn't ask him anything after waiting an hour. He came in and said ill be living with my pain and walked right back out the door in 3mins. He ignored me and was rude.
Bay Saint Louis, MS |
The process was quick and easy, the recovery is longer than anticipated...still glad I did it!
in Gulfport, MS |
I would NOT recommend him to anyone. I sat in one of the rooms for an hour and then he comes in and gives me less than 5 min of his time. I was only able to ask a of couple questions because after he told me what was wrong, he got up and started walking to the door to leave. He has an awful bed side manner and I don't think he even looked at my file judging by the question that he asked me. For what I pay to see a doctor, I expected a lot more from him. Don't waste your time going to see him.
