worse doctor in this field, ever!!!, she needs to go into hiding before she gets sued or kills somebody. Then when the Covid-19 came about, she just disappeared. Took me months to get my records and my new back doctor called her a quack, all she was doing was injecting me with steroids that did no good.

I have seen Dr C for chronic pain and inflammation. She has been attentive, careful and very helpful. We are trying different medications to get the least side effects with the best outcomes. I can tell she knows her practice and she cares. I feel hopeful for the first time in years. Her staff at the Baseline office at AZ Pain Management and Neurology have been quick, compassionate and very positive. I never have to wait. I look forward to my visits and am grateful I found them!

My experience with Dr. Chenthilmurugan has probably been my worst experience with any physician yet. I am diagnosed with Interstitial cystitis Peripheral neuropathy Small fiber neuropathy Fibromyalgia Pending : RA. I was sent to this Dr for better quality of life and pain management. She is a joke. She actually recommended that I drink cranberry juice for my bladder disorder and if she knew anything she would know that cranberry can actually cause more flare ups and pain.

Dr. Chenthilmurugan offered me several options to help with my back pain. Each option has helped ease the pain a little. Dr. C listens, she is pleasant, and she is concerned about making me more comfortable. Scheduling appointments three months in advance is difficult as the office staff does not seem to be able to schedule that far out and I have to remember to call back to make an appointment. Scheduling is the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

Dr. "Chenthil" took the time to put together an accurate overview of my complex series of symptoms/conditions causing widespread pain and recommended specific treatments from topical cream formulations to water therapy to medications, along with various tests to eliminate or confirm problem areas. The results have been very satisfying.

I have had great service at The Bell Rd office with Hemadevi Chenthilmurugan, MD! I have been have treatments for severe back pain (I had chiropractic and physical therapy and they did not help). Dr Chenthil did some nerve ablation and I have been have injections in my spine. It has made a huge difference in my quality of life (I was getting depressed from being in such constant severe pain.) Dr Chenthil is SO NICE and she is awesome!

Dr. Chenthilmurugan has given me back my mother so I can enjoy my mother's company without her being in pain. I moved my mom here to AZ from FL to live with me and so I could take care of her. She was in an awful lot of pain. Although we had to wait weeks for a lot of testing, my mother is in a much better place now where she can walk and go out to enjoy a meal and get out to her hair washed. Shannon, Dr C's assistant has been helpful during some of the critical times in the process.

She actively listened to my concerns and helped me put together a healing plan. I am 75% better now and I owe it all to her! I would recommend her to everyone! Thank you so very much!!

She doesn't listen very well she doesn't take in your medical history into account she doesn't listen to what you're actually telling her she suggest that I do a steroid injection thing she almost killed me and then tried to pretend like she didn't because she didn't want to be sued which I really just wanted to know what happened to me she had no answers and then got rid of me as a patient and made it look like he didn't want to be there but it really was her that didn't care don't go to her

She is a horrible doctor. I left her office crying. Her recommendations were ridiculous and she had a huge chip on her shoulder from the very beginning. Find a new field of medicine doctor! Don’t try to treat people you don’t understand.

Have been in pain mgt for years due to moderate/severe trigeminal neuralgia. Had to switch Doctors due to my Insurance. Dr Chentil saw me as a “drug addict” from day one. Even put it as a permanent diagnosis in my medical chart. I don’t take Rx to get “high” I take meds to function and keep my job. She also kept prescribing anti-depressants even though I am highly allergic to them. She should go to work for the FDA as she is more concerned with their guidelines than actually helping people.
