Listened to my concerns with compassion. Worked with me to come up with a plan to address my needs and provided support every step of the way. My case is complicated and I feel well cared for by a doctor who is competent, caring and loves what she does. I am grateful.

Dr. Miller was treating my 12 year old daughter for 9 months. She is out of network so we were paying A LOT of $ for our 15 minute video visits. Wait time was always an issue as well as respones from office staff. You call and get someone who is clearly offsite and has no direct contact with the physician. However, our last visit with them was the worst. 5 MINUTES prior to our telemedicine appointment (for which I had to leave work early and rush home for), they called and said Dr had emergency dental work this AM and it has caused a delay in her schedule. Our appt was at 3PM could of been notified earlier. Told Dr would be on the call in 25 minutes. After 45 minutes I called office and got a person who had no idea what was going on and could only "message" doctor. I gave the Dr. another 25 minutes and I finally signed off app NO VISIT. 1 hour and 15 minutes after original appointment time their office finally calls me back. At this point I was done. No regard for patients time.

Dr. Miller is one of the most awful psychiatrists that I have ever encountered. I saw her for the first time and she wanted me to meet with another psychiatrist in her office for only the second visit. She left out one of my prescriptions when she ordered them, and she only gave me a 30-day supply. She had no redeeming qualities at all. Do not see her.

Dr Miller is a wonderful doctor who listens to your concerns and works with you to solve any issues you may be facing. My mom is 90 years old and Dr Miller addresses my mom directly and also listens to me as her caretaker. We are very satisfied with Dr Miller and would highly recommend her.

She doesn’t listen. She doesn’t want to help you. She doesn’t want to prescribe medication. If you’re severely depressed or have anxiety, she’ll just tell you to see a therapist. She rushes every appointment, is 15-20 mins late to them, and treats it as if it’s a therapy session, but then says absolutely nothing about medication. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and she doesn’t care about her patients. I told her I have no support system and I’ve been struggling for months and she did nothing to help me. I have to suffer because of her.

HORRIBLE is a complete understatement. After only meeting once with my daughter and talking to her for 10 minutes she “diagnosed” her with ADD. She then prescribed her 30mg of a medication when she’s never been on medication before! My daughter had a horrible reaction to the medication and when she had her next appointment Dr. Miller didn’t want to listen to what she had to say..instead, she left my daughter in tears making her feel awful and told my daughter she was depressed. She also thought there was a generic brand of the medication she prescribed WHEN THERE WAS NOT! What kind of doctor is this? She should not be allowed to prescribe medicine or talk to children at all for that matter. And she had the nerve to be 20 minutes late to her meeting when her office called 2 minutes before my daughters appointment to make sure my daughter was getting on the phone?! Completely unprofessional! DO NOT go to Dr. Miller, she’s lucky we didn’t sue her.

I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Miller and literally 1 minute before my appointment get a call from their office saying Dr. Miller is unavailable and that she thinks I would be better served by their nurse practitioner. Not at all what I was looking for and I feel so upset right now after waiting for this appointment and spending so much time filling out all the forms only to hear that the doctor doesn't even want to see me. Totally disrespectful. A lot goes into selecting a mental health practitioner, and for the doctor to think she can just casually switch me around at the last minute is very inconsiderate.
