I saw Dr. Mashek in May 2016 for about 5 minutes. During that time she quickly looked at a mole, my moderate eczema I've had since birth, and addressed my concerns about premature aging. I do not feel she spent an adequate amount of time with me to fully answer my questions or my concerns. She prescribed me a retinol type cream & sent me on my way. She had a dismissive attitude when I wanted to discuss the effects of my eczema on my prematurely aging skin. I won't be back, wish it worked out.

It wasn't until after my appointment that I was told they don't take my insurance, even though I presented my insurance information ahead of time. Then when I asked to be put on a payment plan, I was told they would not let me leave without full payment. While in the appointment, the doctor was clueless about my skin condition, only commenting, That's weird twice. She then told me to keep on doing whatever I was doing. I got no diagnosis and it cost me $100. What a waste of time and money
