Highly talented and professional doctor that knows her stuff. Total confidence in her. Had carpel tunnel, cupital tunnel and a finger fused. All went well. Look forward to my other hand getting carpel tunnel surgery now. Heidi Bloom is the best doctor I've ever been to! Super nice and comfortable to be around. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Bloom for a pucture would to my finger. Everything about my appointment with her was first class. I got my questions answered and felt she evaluated my finger thoroughly. Surgery was scheduled and that was a smooth process. I went to her based on recommendations of friends and physicans - even a hand doctor in Portland asked me why I would travel 300 miles to see him when Dr. Bloom was in my area and such a great hand specialist. I would highly recommend Dr. Bloom -- kind, efficient, well respected and all her patients that I have met speak highly of her.

Very bad experience with Dr. Bloom. She was rude, abrupt and seemed to not believe me when, at my 2nd. appt, I told her my symptoms had disappeared (despite the results of tests the nurse had just done.) She said things like, "I don't know why you're here." "If your symptoms improved this much, you'd be the first person ever." "I can't answer your questions-I feel like I'm beating my head against the wall." No, not joking. She might be a great surgeon but, if needed, I won't be going back to her

Dr. Bloom was very caring and personable. She came in before my carpal tunnel surgery and was reassuring. The surgery went well. After 12 years of severe numbness I have no numbness at all. It's been 3 weeks since the surgery and I have free use of my hand. The incision is still healing and I am building the strength up. But I can do daily acvities with ease. The best part is I don't wake up all night with numbness and aching. I'm very happy with my surgery!

Dr Bloom gave me the use of my thumb and wrist back after both had become almost unusable at times. Through corrective wrist surgery and thumb injection, both have been restored to usable and relatively pain free conditions. For that, I am very grateful. The only negative is that it takes a long time to get an original appointment to see her. Follow ups have been no problem though.
