Dr. Rodriguez is very thorough explaining to me my diagnosis and spends time in the room. He is not the common doctor that takes months to schedule and 5 minutes in the actual appointment. I am very thankful for him and his staff.

I called for appt. W/ Dr. Rodriguez to get a second opinion regarding surgery. They asked me to send my records, I did. They called and said that the Dr. reviewed my records but was booked up to July. They sent the records to Dr. Mellen in the practice. They called and said that the Dr. prefers that I stay with my current Gastroenterologist? My Daughter got an appointment in one day with Dr. Rodriguez not in July. They lied! I think its a blessing that they refused me care. So unprofessional!

Would give a 10 star if they had it. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable wish all doctors were like him. The way it used to be...remembers your likes and dislikes and issues you have had with out referring to file.
    in Peoria, AZ |
This doctor is great but his staff at his endoscopy center leaves a lot to be desired...after waiting an hour and a half past our appointment time I asked at the desk if they could give me a ball park about how much longer the wait would be and they basically told me they had no idea and made no effort to find out. If you need a procedure done, we definitely do not reccommend AZWest Endoscopy center.
