Dr. Phipps did knee replacement surgery on me in late 2014. I experienced drop foot from the surgery and her response to that was to immediately discharge me from the hospital the day after my surgery. As a result of that and ensuing problems, I now have permanent acute nerve damage to my leg, from the hip to the tips of my toes. It has been over 3 1/2 years since my surgery and my leg continues to worsen each year.

Dr. Phipps diagnosed the problem with my knee and performed surgery to correct it. I appreciated her straightforward and informative manner in office visits. She thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I raised. I consider the surgery very successful since the pain I was experiencing prior to the operation is GONE. I would recommend her highly and without reservations.

Dr. Phipps did both my shoulder's and my knee's. She use to be very kind. Then went back to her about 9 mo. Ago and she was so rude. She didn't even look at my films or com in the room she sent an intern. I left crying and she said to the intern oh well and laughed. I am sorry but that is not professional at all.
