Dr. Phipps did both my shoulder's and my knee's. She use to be very kind. Then went back to her about 9 mo. Ago and she was so rude. She didn't even look at my films or com in the room she sent an intern. I left crying and she said to the intern oh well and laughed. I am sorry but that is not...more
