Heather listens to her patients (who are the ones living within their bodies and with the health concerns they're bringing to her) and works with them to obtain results.

Lacking in the 3 c's: Communication, compassion and common sense. She is a corporate robot in that standard response to everything you ask her is "come in to my office". And, that is through receptionist as she will never call you to discuss anything. When you go to dr's offices, you are putting yourself at risk. Couple of weeks ago, she made me come in to get a script filled-one that I have been taking for 20 yrs and she has filled before. So much more but not enough room here.

Dr. Heather O'Toole in excellent primary care doctor ! She takes her time and listens to what you have to say and gives you feedback. She corresponds with you in a timely manner and it is on top of your medical history in coordinates very well with other special test and doctors. Wish I had found her sooner ! She is also a very nice person in general

The receptionist have communication issues. When you call for medication refill request they took forever to send to the pharmacy, Even sometimes they never send. after 4 or 5 phone calls they will ask you to come see them for no reason.

Everything was great when I came to visit Dr. O'Toole. I believed I was going for my free annual check up. Apparently, not the case. Be careful when you answer questions. Supposedly, they have to bill the insurance for every single thing you talk about. Be careful how you answer drs questions. It's just money racking up. If you mention one single concern, it is no longer your free annual visit. Let's run a bunch of unnecessary tests to get more money. Will NEVER return here.

Dr O'Toole is great but staff is horrible. Receptionist and staff are very rude and unprofessional. When I called to get seen they asked me what I needed to get seen for I told the receptionist and she started laughing over the phone. It was a personal issue and I thought she was professional enough not to laugh. Very unprofessional staff.

Dr. O'Toole is the best PCP I have ever been to. She always spends plenty of time with me to discuss all of my health needs. She is professional but also compassionate and sensitive with personal issues. I have migraines and was referred to a bad neurologist from another doctor. One time when my migraines got really bad, my prescriptions weren't working and my neurologist was unresponsive, I called Dr. O'Toole, and she got me in right away and helped me out. I can't thank her enough!
