Dr. Britton was very kind, friendly, and thorough. She has a great smile and a great sense of humor. She spoke very clearly and directly. She really took her time to help us and even stayed after her office was closed. She is very smart and highly competent. We appreciate her and really feel like she cares. We are confident in her evaluation of my husband for traumatic brain injury.

After a 30 min wait, I was informed my husbands insur changed, I told the receptionist there was a mistake, she did not agree, gave me his ID, insur card and slid the window shut. I phoned the insurance comp, right then & there as they confirmed I was correct. I handed the phone to the girl & 40 min later she handed me the phone said I was right BUT they would have to reschedule my appt. Dr. came out & says to reschedule me. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED! I left & will not return, stay away!!!

I called to schedule an appointment for a potentially serious neurological disease, so I naturally had questions. The woman who answered was so rude, so cold---I never made the appointment (for my mother). Then a friend told me there is one woman at the desk who is so awful she came to the office once and never went back. Don't doctors realize that their first line of communication reflects well (or in this case very poorly) on them?

Absolutely excellent Doctor. Without her we would have lost our mother. She was the only Neurologist who could figure out what was wrong with our mom when her own neurologist failed to do so. We are forever grateful for this doctor.
