Initial visit with Dr. Wiley was OK. Getting the prior authorization for (once a month) meds done since then has been impossible. Initial appointment was March 1. Called April 1 (31 days later) because refill was rejected, spoke to receptionist who said "The prior authorization person isn't in today. I will leave a note and she will check into it when she's back in." Radio silence. Called my insurance company on April 16 (46 days later), but they hadn't received the prior authorization yet: meaning, Wiley's office had not submitted anything. Called office April 16 and left a detailed message about the prior authorization form. When I called April 19 (49 days later), I was put on hold for 23 minutes. Hung up and tried again, but got a busy signal (3 times). Called *again* and got an automation, which had never happened before, and it rerouted me to the front desk, but no one answered. So, needing to check the status of a simple prior authorization 49 days after my initial appointment, I

I love Dr. Wiley but her office staff leaves very much to be desired. They do not return calls and messages and are not helpful and concerned about the patients needs at all. I recently relocated out of state and requested my medical records to be sent to my new doctor weeks ago. My appt with the new doctor is next week and still nothing has been provided. They will not return my calls and apparently, they do have email - or so I was told.

Unresponsive! My mother had a few televisits with Dr Wiley. Each step of the way there was NO follow through. Many unreturned phone calls. Weeks to get test results. The last straw, she was to check on tests done by another Dr and get back to us with her conclusions, she never called! I gave up! My mother was 97, I guess if she waited long enough her conclusions would be irrelevant anyway.

I really wish I would’ve read some different reviews online before seeing this doctor although she was referred by my mother‘s primary care of the physician. The first visit went well she seemed very knowledgeable and compassionate, but if my mother needs a prescription refilled and I call every day for a week and she doesn’t respond how really compassionate is this physician. It really seems like she doesn’t give a crap about her practice. I’ve called every day and the phone just rings

She likes to think she knows about your life and what you're going through. You give her a finger, she takes your entire arm and twists it her way, so to speak. Also she claims medications do not cause depression. But I was on SSRIs and they were definitely making me feel depressive symptoms that I didn't feel before taking them.

Although I have not met Dr. Wiley my spouse says she is a good doctor, however her office staff is different story. We once had an appointment that we needed a referral from our insurance company, who said it was the MD's responsibility to obtain, this appointment was an absolute mess! The second issue was my Aunts meds were requested on a Thursday from the pharmacy and only after I called a week later were they called in a week later, we were already out of meds.

Dr. Wiley is a wonderful doctor. She saw me in Northwest Medical center When I was there for Bacterial Meningite. She was the first doctor that found I had an aneurism in my brain. Even my old neurologist said she would never had found it, but Dr. Wiley did! Very thankful to her for her kindness, caring and meticulous attention to my charts and exams. Thank you Doctor.

Find another doctor!! My step father had 2 strokes within 3 weeks. She was the neurologist provided by Coral Springs Medical Center. My mom called numerous times during both strokes to get test results, ask common questions, etc. because she could never catch the doctor at the hospital. NEVER returned one call. My step dad asked after a procedure that she call my mom to discuss his care, she told him she'd step outside and call and never did. She's the WORST!!!

I only give one star because it doesn't allow for less. While being a consult on my nephews care from a massive brain injury, after 24 hours of being on his case, she decided at 9pm to release him. After we had waited in his hospital room for 10 hours the entire day waiting for her. Her recommendations were contrary to everything the neurosurgeon recommended the same day. After asking her 1-2 questions she decided she would not speak to us anymore and hung up on us, and hung up. Horrible!

Very attentive & empathetic to my needs & listens to my specific symptoms. Willing to work w/me in trying different meds to find the right solution to my individual problem. I have suffered w/headaches and migraines all of my life. I have seen (3) neurologists before finding Dr. Wiley, she is my 4th & she has helped me by prescribing a combination of medicines (trial & error) to reduce the frequency of my migraines. I still have headaches & an occasional migraine, but not nearly as often.

My dad had 4 major brain bleeds and was rushed to the hopsital in FL. I was there that night. This was a Tuesday. Dr. Wiley did not get back to me until Thursday. My dad had to live attached to tubes for two additional days because of her. These were not his wishes. I never met her. She never visited him. Her bedside manner (if you can call it that) was non existent. I She may be a great doctor. I have nothing good that I can say. Just some resentment that I am working onl.
