Dr. Kanj is one of the kindest, patient, and caring doctors that I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot! It is true that the wait is 2 hours or more. It is also true that I have thought of going to another doctor only because of the long wait and the office administrative help. I finally decide to go back to Dr. Kanj because I know that when I do see him he will take his time with me and answer all of my questions without me feeling rushed. He listens carefully before prescribing meds or referrals.

To wait two and a half hours for an appointment shows no concern or respect for the patient.

Dr. Kanj is very nice but waiting over two hours after my appointment time is extremely disrespectful to my time. What is the point in making an appointment? I really don't know. It's unfortunate that I will be changing drs because of this nonsense. Time management is a big problem that needs to be fixed.

I have been to this office several times and the wait just gets longer. Even after scheduling 1st appointment of the day, I was still made to wait 2 hours. I have transferred my care to another facility. The doctor has a total lack of respect for patients time and this is unacceptable.

I have been a patient with Dr. Kanj for many years. The office wait time is almost always 2-4 hours before you get to see him. However, once you meet with him, he is friendly, caring and takes time with you. I am bothered that the office is not automated. The medical records are not available on a patient portal and they do not use a computer to store your information. I do wish they got caught up in these areas.

I absolutely love Dr. Kanj. He truly cares about his patients. Yes, there is a wait but once you are with him he really takes his time trying to do the best for his patients. He got me off of many medications that another doctor had me on. I feel better because of him! The staff is also very nice and always apologetic when there is a wait.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. this dr should be ashamed of himself!!!! Based on other comments I had anticipated a wait. But all of us sat in that waiting room for 3 + hours today. I finally got fed up asked for my copayment back and left. SHAME ON THIS DOCTOR!!!! How dare he treat patients like this. A doctor should 'do no harm'. He did the complete opposite. I can't say enough bad things about this waste of my time.
