The staff is rude. Whoever answered the phone on 5/3/19 around 250pm hung up on me. I am still in shock because I have never been treated this way by a doctor office. I am a person who believes in being polite to all and expect the same treatment in return. Dr Bitar really needs to evaluate the performance of his staff. From reading the other reviews it appears I am not the only one who feels this way.

WORST dr. I've ever seen. He didnt care about why I was actually there, he locked onto the fact that I had been treated for migraines in the past and only cared about that so he could order expensive tests that I dont need !! He actually asked questions geared towards ordering those tests, which is highly unethical. As a former RN, I've already reported him to the authorities following my recent visit. AVOID THIS SCAM DR. !!

Dr. Bitar spent minutes with me, barely used the safety pin test. I think a total of 4 times between 2 hands to determine I needed to have an expensive test performed by his center. The office was very unprofessional advertising for injections for weight loss and a spray for weight loss these seemed to be advertising for an aesthetics office... I thought I was at a Neuro Center!! With aesthetics being pushed I decided to find a professional neurologist. This is just my opinion of my visit.

Dr. Hassan Bitar listens, then uses his knowledge to diagnose and treat the problem. In my case, he sent me for a blood test which confirmed his suspicion. I was immediately and correctly diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. I had a thymoma tumor removed, and a mass around my heart. Dr. Bitar saved my life!

Dr Bitar is fantastic. He is a very caring doctor. His office staff on the other hand are not friendly or pleasant. You are lucky if they speak to you at all. Seem to be very unhappy at there job.

I saw Bitar for a year (until I moved out of state) for 2 episodes of new symptoms that showed up overnight & lasted for months (tremor, slurred speech, numbness & myoclonus). Bitar performed several tests (EEG, EMG, etc.), wrote several prescriptions for my symptoms, & said I was perfectly fine from a neurological standpoint. I felt that this was incorrect and asked several times to have an MRI which was deemed unnecessary. After a 3rd attack 1.5yrs later, a 2nd opinion revealed I had MS.

My experience everytime I go to his office is extremely pleasant. I have to see him every 6 months because I have been diagnosed with MS and he is always willing to listen to my current problems and has always been a joy to be with. I have referred him to many of my friends and relatives. His staff especially Allison is always helpful and courteous. He is very caring and my favorite Dr.
