Oakland, CA |
The last reviewer's comment completely mirror my experience. I am shocked at how inept and manipulative she is and her staff. She is completely unaccountable and patronizing if you advocate for your basic care to be met, and then, like the other reviewer said, she tries to refer you out through the maze of kaiser to avoid providing you service. Because she actually does not know how to navigate Kaiser's system, you will waste precious time and energy. She is awful.
Berkeley, CA |
Dr. Arzumanyan is evasive, deceitful, arrogant and rude. She tries to dump patients to reduce her workload, gives coy and cryptic replies to essential health questions. She is unprepared and unfamiliar with a patient's history, so she just tries to wing it, but gives inappropriate advice because she's assuming facts rather than knowing them, looking them up, or asking the patient. Slick, oily, and dangerous. I dreaded every interaction with her. Avoid at all costs.
