Always treated with kindness and respect. Everyone cares and make you feel like a person, not just a patient. You sometimes forget about the bad situation you are in. Dr. Murshed is knowledgeable and patient. All my questions were answered and I feel like have received the best treatment available. The radiation therapists Alexia and Susan were so great. They were kind and funny and made me relaxed. I didn’t mind coming everyday. Dee, the receptionist is also extremely friendly and respected my time. I just had to make eye contact with her and I was checked in for my visit. I highly recommended this facility. You will not be disappointed!

Dr Murshed and his office contacted me on the very afternoon that my referral was sent over after I received my biopsy report. They wanted me to come in for my consult on that afternoon, even though it would've kept them in the office way past work hours. I couldn't do that to them since I was going to be a new patient, but they saw me the following week, and we set up everything for my treatment schedule. I remember thinking that 9 weeks of treatment was going to be an eternity, but Dr Murshed and the entire team made the time fly by. I'll go back for my follow-up in a month to see how things progressed, and if I do need any further treatment, I know I'll be in excellent hands. Dr Murshed is kind, thoughtful, very patient with all my questions, and even reached out to me personally a few times to see how I was doing. As much as cancer sucks, this was a pleasant experience.

Initial cancer doctor wanted to do surgery for the carcinoma on my heck. Dr Mushed diagnosed that radiation and chemo will work. I am now cancer-free; what more can I want! Dr Mushed and his wise and experienced staff accomplished my cure with compassion. This happy man is now and will forever be grateful for my years ahead.

Dr. Murshed has been treating my form of cancer since Sep 2021. He is an excellent radiation oncologist and explained to me in all details his treatment plan to help reduce the size of the tumor in my body. After completion of 30 treatment plan I am confident that all went well as only time will tell. I will continue to follow up with Dr. Murshed and trust his decisions on where we go from here. Yes i would recommend Dr. Murshed. I was scared to death to find out I had cancer he assured me everything would be fine. He is very easy to talk . I got the results today from my Pet Scan and it is clear.

July 28th, 2021 Where to even start, I thank you for being my lifesaver! Hearing cancer was the worst news a person could hear. I had a shadow of a doubt I would be okay. But I had you, Dr. Tandon in the Chemo department, and Dr. Murshed of the Radiation department telling me every step of the way we would beat this. “I remember when I was on death’s door, and you, Dr. Tandon came and would visit along with Dr. Murshed, full of encouragement! You would say stay strong, and I would get better. You were right. About the Chemo department and the Radiation department - This isn’t about diagnostic skills. Or about intelligence, problem-solving, or clinical experience. But it is about caring. And caring beyond just a “How are you today?” Hope is abundant and lovingly given. I was diagnosed with cancer after a routine colonoscopy. Needless to say, not expecting it, I was scared to death. Dr Mershed and his team at the Hope Cancer Center in Lynn Haven, Fl couldn’t have been more encouraging. They explained all the treatment aspects, helped me deal with the side effects of chemo & radiation, worked with my insurance and co-pay, and just made me feel like my life mattered. Like I was a part of a family. From the moment I walked in their doors, greeted by name by the girls at the front office, to the radiation specialists and chemo infusion nurses, I felt the confidence that comes when everyone knows their jobs and carries it out with compassion and professionalism. I am through with my treatment now. I recommend The Hope Cancer Center to anyone who gets cancer. They will take that journey with you.
