Office visits are pretty typical wait times unless there was an emergency the day before. Then, make sure to bring a lunch if you have an appt. that following day. The waiting room will be packed. You just may have time to make a new friend or two. I would never begrudge anyone in need of immediate surgery. Dr Rhee is a no nonsense guy with a friendly, personable sense of humor who at times may appear condescending as another mentioned. My guess is in dealing with many kinds of patients; some need that as a wake up call to stress the reality of a situation. The environment is fast paced although do they take time to answer your questions and concerns. Was never thrilled with the "old" front desk. EG: Doing things anyway after conveying my objection. Some new faces there since then. So far so good. A more pleasant front desk now too. I would absolutely recommend Dr Rhee for being thorough and can appreciate his credentials knowing Tuft's reputation well.

I took my mother who is almost 90 years old to the doctor. He was not rushing us, he answered all of our questions, he was caring & was clear on directions now & for going forward with treatment. He is excellent & a wonderful doctor for elderly patients.
