I visited Dr. Bawa today for a knee pain I've been experiencing for two months. Overall I am very unsatisfied with my visit. He was the type of doctor that the minute steps into the room he is ready to leave. He does not like to spend any time explaining the condition, taking the proper time to look at the X-rays, and MRIs, ready to offer a treatment again without any explanation. He did not even discuss the other treatment options, I had to bring up one based on my friend's recommendation, which then he offered two sentences for it. Productive communication is a big part of the diagnosis and treatment, do not expect that from Dr. Bawa.

Pre-op was informative, no delays in making decisions stressful. Surgerical staff was all over it, caring about my condition. In home care, nursing and physical therapy off the chart. Post-op informative, making you aware the more you put into recovery, the more you reap the benefits. My second surgery with Dr Bawa, first was with my left knee, now my right. I’m on the mend and can’t wait! Thanks Dr Bawa!

Dr. Bawa significantly improved my quality of life, and I am forever grateful. He truly cares about his patients and their quality of life, before, during, and after the operating room. Not only is Dr. Bawa a brilliant surgeon who utilizes the most advanced techniques and equipment, he is also one of the nicest human beings you will ever meet. Exceptional bedside manner, and his staff is always friendly and on top of their game. Anterior approach, MAKO Robotic System, no damage to muscles, smaller than anticipated incision/scarring, quick recovery. And, the post-op personal care arranged by Dr. Bawa (nurse and physical therapist who visited our home on 4-5 occasions), were extremely professional, personable and beneficial. There is a long list of Orthopedic Surgeons to choose from, but just take a look at ALL of the 5-star reviews Dr. Bawa has received. Those reviews do not lie. I have zero hesitation recommending Dr. Bawa, and I thank him wholeheartedly.

When you first meet Dr. Bawa, he sets you at ease with his warm manner. While he discusses your procedure you are further set at ease with his knowledge. He ensures you have a good understanding of the whole procedure. The moment you realize Dr. Bawa's expertise is the first time you place your weight on your new knee. Dr. Bawa and his helper robo-doc precisely manicure your new knee for your anatomy. It's perfect.
