Very impressed with Dr. Starr's immediate response to an urgent situation as the on-call doctor, and his surgical skills. Now I have two favorites at GA Hand - Dr. Seiler and Dr. Starr! Have confidence and trust in both of them. Also the presence of the onsite rehab department, including OT services, really enhances their practice - great care and ideas for home care, adaptations with aging, TLC. I often recommend these doctors and their practice to friends, colleagues, and my own patients.

Dr. Starr is the best! I had two different things causing my inability to write and draw. He explained everything so clearly, spent time asking me questions and came up with an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. I’m forever grateful to Dr.Starr. His office staff is a pleasure to deal with, too. I was seen promptly each time I had an appointment.

Dr. Starr was friendly and very helpful in carefully going over my diagnosis and surgery recommendation. His staff was additionally friendly and helpful and truly kept the process smooth with very little wait time. I had never been under anesthesia, but the doctors, nurses and staff put my mind at ease and kept my boyfriend informed of my status throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Starr and his team!
