I had a severe case of poison ivy; I was covered in a skin rash. Pretty bad or I would not have gone to the Urgent Care. Pretty straight forward, easy to treat. Dr Motwani prescribed TRANQUILIZERS. Of course the tranquilizers did not help. I ended up going to another doctor who prescribed steroids, which is the standard treatment. Really?! It takes 2 doctors to treat poison ivy?! What if I had a severe breathing or heart problem? I would never go back to this doctor again.

Looking for a new doctor. He wants me to come in monthly to fill a sleep-aid I take. Sounds like a gimmick to me. I'm not doing this. His office is dirty, unsanitary and he looks like he needs a bath along with wearing scrubs that he has squeezed into. No bedside manner, has bad breath and nobody ever answers the phone.
      Collinsville, IL |
Bedside manner needs DRASTIC improvement. I sat and looked at everything in the room except him; he doesn't make eye contact or indicate whether or not he is listening. He dismissed my concerns and finally referred me only after insistence from me. There is NO anti-bacterial lotion anywhere in the office and no sink in the examination rooms. I'm sure everyone has heard of germs...hello...They say they are open Monday thru Friday, yet nobody answers the phone.

      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
