There were 20+ people waiting and we were being herded through like cattle. I waited 2 hrs past my appointment before getting in. I saw the actual Doctor 6-8 minutes. I need cataract surgery. He referred me to an OPTOMETRIST who supposedly will take over from there. Makes no sense. I'm very...more
