My first meeting with Dr. Bains, he only spoke to my mother (I am nearly 18, and I have been in therapy and on medications since I was 12... He knew this). I rated my anxiety high when meeting with the nurse, and he has continuously brushed my concerns aside. The longest meeting I have had with him was 10 minutes; he clearly does not care about his patients wellbeing.

On and on it goes! A drive thru window would be a good idea for this guy. Nothing but a legalized drug dealer. Don't expect any counseling. He's only interested in a getting you in and out. What you might expect from cmh.

Very condescending, prescribes medicine that actually makes the patient worse ! He is not a nice person at all, if you have the option to go somewhere else, please go anywhere but here. I asked him not to change my sons meds until school let out. He totally ignored that request and the medicine made my son almost incoherent. Clearly the wrong meds, I refused to continue with it, so he wasn’t on any antidepressant. My son was doing just fine on his previous meds, no reason to even change.

He is constantly late to the office which is very unprofessional. His nurses do most of the work, asking and answering any questions, he herds you in and out like livestock....looks at the computer to see what the nurses say, and then tells you when to come back or if something needs to be changed. Oh, and if you are female, good luck getting him to listen to you when you notice something needs to be done differently.

Unprofessional at best. Be fair warned patients, I was a patient of this man for over one year and he was prescribing me 4 types of anxiety medications, he called me while on my job and demanded very rudely that I pay him $400 by the end of this business day or he wouldnt "give me anything" This man was yelling over the phone. I take medication that CANNOT be abruptly stopped. He called my pharmacy and withdrew all of my needed medications without warning. This can be lifethreatening. thank you.

This Dr. doesn't need an office. He needs a drive through window. You have about 7 min app.He referred me to a Dr for a treatment only to find out he hadn't done this procedure for over 15 years. You are herded in and out like cattle. He advertises a TMS machine....good luck getting treatment. He is a network provider but reuses to fill out Ins. form. My ins co. is confused as I. He demands over$2000 per week up front (6wk treatment) Much worse after dealing with this greedy...uh..man.

Does not have time FOR his patients wants to tell u how u should feel if meds work he wants to take u off which can cause serious health ISSUSES! I feel he don't really care for his patients he has to many places that he practices at so hedon't have enough one on one time with them money or your patients which is more important and if this goes against me have witnesses next tome and other patients that feel the SAME!
