terrible experience
Dr Pazwash rushed through a colonoscopy and endoscopy consultation. Only talked about colonoscopy. Didn’t read that I needed to schedule endoscopy. Later called to do endoscopy consult over the phone to cover her tracks . She and her office had doubts if my insurance would cover procedure. I had my insurance call them. They argued over coverage and then Pazwash office says Yes we take your insurance. But then the next day Pazwash herself said my insurance isn’t accepted. A day later they came back and said they would accept my insurance. I cancelled then tried to get an appointment with a different Dr at GANJ and they said Pazwash is part of their group but bc I saw her for the consultation they cannot allow me to see any of their doctors in their GANJ group. So now I can’t see drs that my insurance covers bc the GANJ group won’t let me go to anyone else. Pazwash barely let me ask questions. Rushed the consultation. Staff is impatient, talks over me and texts on the job. Bad news.

Review Of Dr Pazwash
Very poor. Difficult office staff. Dr Pazwash spends little time and fails to correctly diagnose. She’s in a hurry to move on to next patient, prescribes incorrect medication. Doesn’t follow up. Poor doctor. Would like to give minus star.

She's nice but no real exam
I waited 5 months to get an appt with Dr. Pazwash for Gastro issues. The day before my appt. her office called to say that any follow up visits would. have to be 6 - 7 months away and did I still want to come in. I was offered another doctor in the office. Why make an appointment if you can't follow up? At the exam, she took my history then sent me for a Cat Scan. The visit seemed very rushed with her but she had time to schedule me for a colonoscopy 4 months later - and her office nurse who gave procedure instructions was very brusque and rushed as well. Dr. Pazwash didn't follow up with me, instead asking her office staff to call me with results. When I asked the staff questions about my results as well as next steps, they couldn't answer them and didn't offer to have the doctor follow up. All in all, it was a wasted visit. I cancelled the colonoscopy appt since I don't feel this doctor had any regard for my issues and concerns.

I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Pazwash on a Monday. At 4:16 pm the Friday before, her office messaged me to say one of the products they sold me for my prep had been recalled. The FDA said it had a bacterial contamination and should be discarded. Dr. Pazwash’s office gave no instructions. I immediately called the office (201-523-4141), and it was closed. I spoke to the answering service and asked for a return call. No one called. The next day I put two messages in my patient portal. No one responded. The next day—Sunday, the day of my prep—I called the office again, and the answering service assured me that Dr. Pazwash would be alerted. She never responded. My colonoscopy was four days ago. To date no one has asked me what I did about the recalled product, one of 32 brands recalled. If Dr. Pazwash doesn’t want to return patients’ calls on weekends, she should stop doing colonoscopies on Mondays or change professions.

I refer everyone I know to Dr Pazwash. She is a talented diagnostician. My issues with my digestive health were serious, painful and masked by other health problems. Dr. Pazwash testing and surgical talent brought me through to full digestive health! I follow up with her when the need arises and find that she continues to take the time to listen and document my responses and probes with questions that bring my problem to light. Even on my last appointment, that she conducted online, I didn't feel rushed and she arrived at a treatment with ease that is already addressing/mitigating my problem. Thank you Dr. Pazwash as always, for your professional , thoughtful manner and expertise.

Dr pazwash is treating me for a possible dangerous loss of blood that is as of yet diagnosed. She took over my treatment and I can only say her bedside manner is exceeded only by her clinical skills. She makes you feel safe. By far the most detailed oriented dr I've ever met. I can go on and on but suffice it to say I'm now confident I'm going to get better and I thank God that I'm under her care.
