marginal at best...would not recommend
cold, disinterested, not personable, does not listen well, in a hurry....gives impression he has little time to devote to patient. had NOT read my medical history which had been transferred from my prior physician....very important as I am a new patient! Even worse, he looked at a wound and forgot to redress/bandage wound . when he left, we had to find him and remind him wound not bandaged and only then did he have a nurse go back to room to take care of dressing/bandaging wound. shame on him!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Brown for around 25 years, and have never had a problem with him or his staff. Appointment time are almost always on time, with us being in the room usually before actual appointment time, and Dr. Brown comes in within a few minutes of the nurse leaving. He has kept us both healthy and "alive" all this time. Cannot argue about that!

Dr Brown has been my fathers primary care physician for years. My father has dementia and other physical complications. He was running a fever and my mom left numerous messages for him. The receptionist finally told my mom “just call 911.” My father was admitted to the hospital and still no word from Dr Brown or his office. He was moved to hospice care and again not a word from Dr Brown. Very, very disappointing to my entire family.

If I could give them less stars, I would! Called Dr Hal Brown's office twice & the same dumb receptionist acted like the rudest dummy on the planet. My insurance says he is accepting new patients yet I was told by this rude receptionist he is, only by referral. I asked her to explain & she interrupted me & said I AM. Then I asked why she was being so rude & she said thanks for calling & HUNG UP ON ME!!! She should be fired cause there's NO WAY I am the only person she treats this way. They act l

Bad experience. I should have known when during the initial consultation he recommended cosmetic products for purchase. After requesting a blood test, which had been required by Moffitt Cancer Center, he required that I return for a separate consultation with a geneticist (and another co-payment). Finally, when I called to tell him I was seeking a new doctor, he arranged to overnight me a "termination agreement" saying I could not return - as if to say "No, You're Fired"!

Miscoded an office visit and was charged more than I should have been. Insurance agreed and said they needed to recode it and send a correction. Doctor office refused to do so and they sent a letter banning me and my family from the practice. Who does this?! Why such drastic actions over just asking them to fix a mistake they did?! Very unprofessional and all they care about is making money!!!
