What People Say About Dr. Hai Cao, MD
Reply
We love Dr. Cao and his office. All the doctors in the practice are wonderful and caring. The office staff is smart and professional. The office manager is brilliant and the vibe of the office is so welcoming and competent. We have never had a problem being seen, never had a complaint. I have three kids under 10 and we've been going to Dr. Cao since 2013.

Dr. Cao did not listen to my comments during his one and only evaluation of my child. Unfortunately, he didn't take any notes during the appointment either. Had he done either, he would have noted that my child has various allergies. And months later, when my son was taken in for an illness, he would have looked at his chart and observed that my son had many allergies and he would have correctly diagnosed him and not have given my child medicine that he was, in fact, allergic to. The WORST.
