I had a 10 month old meniscus tear (a long time for cartilage) in my right knee and Dr, Diener was able to sew it up and it doesn"t bother me anymore. Prior to this, an urgent care, my regular doctor and her other associates all tried to diagnose my injury and couldn't. Whereas Dr. Diener knew what it was in about 20 seconds. I also had a unique wrist fracture that is also entirely better due largely to him as well. Dr. Diener is an amiable guy and an orthopedic wizard. I highly recommend him!
5 stars! Yeah! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. It's great to know that you had a good experience at Banner Health.

Dr. Diener dropped the ball on me. He failed to complete my chart before leaving for vacation. He had suggested arthroscopic surgery for my knee. I wanted to go forward with his suggestion but he couldn't remember what he suggested (no record) so he had his assistant call me to find out what he was going to do. He now refuses to do surgery and a referral to his colleague. Not at all professional!
Our team was sorry to hear about these concerns. We want to do everything that we can to provide a quality experience for all of our customers. Please email me at bhcorpsocialresponseteam@bannerhealth.com with your name and number so that we can get you in touch with the appropriate customer care team to address your concerns. We value your input. Best Regards, Matthew

Incredibly good at his job; explains things well; caring with patient and family. He took my husband's shattered wrist and, with his skill and with physical therapy, my husband got 95% plus mobility back.

Emergency at Banner Ironwood said to schedule an appointment with him next day (thur) His receptionist said he looked at her x-ray and could not see her until Mon. I found another Dr. and called her back and told her that was not acceptable and cancelled. I started to tell her I was going to give a bad recommendation and she hung up on me!!
