Seeing a doctor of any kind can be stressful. Dr Lickey and his staff make you feel comfortable, at ease and relaxed at all times, while in their care. I’d encourage his practice to family and friends alike!
Antioch, TN |
Had a great first appointment. Dr Lickey took time to answer questions and explain things so I understood. I felt heard and valued. I will certainly be recommending him to friends and family. Thank you, Dr Lickey, for a great first meeting!

Recently moving to Nashville, I was not looking forward to finding a new doctor I was comfortable with. A friend of mine suggested Dr. Lickey. I was almost immediately comfortable with him. He takes his time with his patients, he listens to both what you say and inquires when he thinks you're holding back so he understands the big picture. If you are looking for a thorough physician, I would highly recommend Dr. Lickey.

I appreciate Dr Lickey's patience. I never feel rushed. I appreciate the summary information I receive after each visit.
Clarksville, TN |
Dr Mickey and his staff are very friendly and attentive. My wait times are always minimal and I never feel rushed. I am comfortable asking any and all questions about my healthcare needs
in Nashville, TN |
Dr. H. Mark Lickey is extremely professional and personable. Dr. Lickey takes time to listen to concerns/issues and runs needed tests, provides a prescription for (or name of over-the-counter) medicine to resolve problems, and/or discusses procedures he/other doctors/the patient can perform that will lead to wellness. If he can't help you, he sends you to another physician who can. He never makes you feel like he has to rush; he makes you feel like you are his most important patient.
in Nashville, TN |
Dr. Lickey is a rare find in medicine today. He takes time to truly understand the patient as well as the symptoms. He explains carefully and provides options (when appropriate). He is the type physician one wants when you desire that " one person" to oversee all of your medical/health concerns. Get on his patient list as quickly as you can. He's the kind of doctor that will soon be required to limit his practice.

Frankly, I would like for everyone to know what a wonderful physician Dr. Harold M. Lickey is for me. He is very good at what he does, is a caring, friendly person. I cannot say enough good things about him. When I was unwell recently he and his staff took very good care of me. I have to mention that his staff is great. It is a happy place. I am a retired nurse and I expect a great deal from these professionals and I got it from Dr Lickey and his people

He is the best PCP I've ever had. As listed below every aspect of his practice is excellent. Wish more physicians were like him.
in Nashville, TN |
I'm diabetic, in my 60's & I've seen a LOT of doctors. Dr. Lickey is truly exceptional! First-- drum roll please-no waiting forever. Both visits thus far I got right in at my appointment time and the doctor was in the room minutes after the nurse left it. This respect for his patients shows in everything Dr. Lickey and his staff do, from unrushed visits to prompt responses to calls, to genuine interest in you as a person... AND (thankfully) he is an excellent internist too. I'm impressed!
Thank you for connecting with us about this experience with our staff. We will be sure to pass this appreciation along.
