I have always had positive experiences with her. Her office staff have always been helpful and Dr. Pearlman is always direct and straight forward. She helps me understand what my issue is in a way that I can understand. She is also great at answering my questions. One star off for the wait times - sometimes I'm in and out quickly, sometimes I feel like I'm waiting in the examination room for 15 minutes.

Dr. Pearlman is a very knowledgeable, caring, courteous, professional and a respectful doctor. I find her to be genuine, passionate and heartfelt for my serious thyroid problem because she has monitored and tested my thyroid and discovered I have Graves disease but still need surgery. Dr. Pearlman referred me to the best Endocrine Suregoen in my area according to his excellent references from other doctors and most importantly his patients. Dr. Pearlman is the best and highly recommend her.

While being a smart and educated doctor, as has been said before, her bedside manor is terrible. Does not like to be questioned, and when she is questioned, she gets very defensive. Sees nothing wrong with coming into a room 45 minutes late for appt. (no apology). Does not like to explain things, and if you don't understand her, or agree with her, she gets upset. I was told by her to find another doctor when i questioned blood work results.

She has the worst office staff so rude and inconsiderate. Terrible do not go. Not worth your time or energy
Ft Lauderdale, FL |
Most ridiculous office policy I have ever heard! I tried to become a new patient here, however 24 hours in advance I got the confirmation call and I unfortunately could not make it the next day, I needed to reschedule. The receptionist had a very snooty attitude and told me if patients reschedule on the first apt, the Dr. would NEVER see them! That's insane, it was 24 hours in advance not the same day!! Now I understand the other poor ratings here and on Google.
Ft Lauderdale, FL |
She is highly educated and experienced. However, her bedside manner is lacking and she does not come off very compassionate to her patients.
