She caused me to lose my Doctor. She doesn’t know me or what I go through. Now I have no medicine for my pain. I’m literally bedridden most of the time. She doesn’t care about it. I’m almost 53, and have had 8 Open abdominal surgeries, fibromyalgia, previous PE, 3 bowel obstructions with ng tube. My pain is so severe, and now nothing I can do. They think everyone is a drug addict. So sad she done this to me. I was open minded about any treatment options to help. Crying daily. No Doctor now. Done

She is a true professional with compassion. She has awesome bed side manners and treats her patients with respect. She investigates the health issue uses strong conviction to get to the source of the problem. She is not afraid to reach out to other health professionals if needed to care for her patients. Most importantly if she does not know how to get to the source of the health problem/s she will tell you so and direct you where to go seek help. My experience she never tried covering up source

After sitting in the office for an hour and a half when she finally came in to see me and talk to me her attitude was demeaning and rude. She stated that “It seemed that I wanted a diagnosis” and that I should be happy that “nothing was wrong with me”. Weeks later I went to another doctor who confirmed a diagnosis. She laughed off my symptoms to my face and made me feel very stupid for saying how I felt.

I feel as though she really doesn't care, I know she doesn't know what time management is, because she makes me wait deliberately. My grandfather was a patient of hers also, he has pasted, but he couldn't stand her. If you have an appointment for 8:00, show up at 7:50 and they call you out of the big waiting room, to go to the little waiting room at 8:10, go back their and nurse ask questions and takes blood pressure, then leaves, then I wait 45 minutes for her to see me, this is redickuls.

Dr. Basra was , to me, very uncaring and not interested at all in the pain I endure every day with Psoriatic Arthritis. There was a time when doctors actually empathized with patients and cared for them.

My experience with Dr. Basra has always been a very positive one. She is very kind, and spent time listening to me although she had many patients to see. She is thorough and manages my medications very closely. She was recommended to me and I had reservations about switching doctors after so many years. I am happy say, it was the best decision I have made. I would highly recommend Dr. Basra.

Dr. Basra and her nurse, Noelle, are the absolute best medical team I believe I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Their love and compassion for their patients exceeds my every expectation. Each medical concern and issue I have they willingly address in terms that I can understand. Dr. Basra makes me feel that my health is very important to her and addresses each problem, she makes me feel as though she knows me personally and cares. She is the Rheumatologist I refer to all in need.

Dr. Basra is very thorough, very personable, she keys in on little issues that I would not notice or worry about. She takes her time during the appointment, I never feel rushed. She makes me feel involved and part of my treatment and that my opinion counts. I feel like my condition is being carefully monitored. I'm glad I made the switch.

I love Dr. Basra! My previous rheumatologist (Lyman) almost killed me. Dr. Basra is VERY thorough! She takes regular bloodwork and keeps a tight check on the results, especially since the last doctor almost destroyed my liver. She has me on 1 drug, the only one I can take with my liver issues, and now has my RA in remission. She takes the time to go over every test result out of the normal range, answers ALL my questions, and send me home with a copy of the test results.
