my son broke his wrist. I was referred by his family dr to them. i arrived at 330 for the night clinic at 6. well it seems it was not told the sign in , they just took my paper work. so it to 7:00 and I was still sitting and waiting. Client services need told be revamped and 100% improved. my son...more

Not a good experience. Front desk has no idea about insurance. staff and office manager kept denying my son a sign language interpreter when he is profoundly deaf. Had to ask VAIL to intervene and give information about the disability act to management.
