I’ve only been seeing Dr. Venkatramen for a short time, but I personally do not like his approach to diagnostics and treatment. He is really big on running tests that my other doctors believe are totally unnecessary and he’s not very forthcoming with information regarding the reasons he wants to run certain tests and what the results may indicate. It’s like pulling teeth whenever I try to understand his approach. I feel he is more focused on sending me a larger bill than reducing my pain.

Dr. Venkatramen is a horrible doctor and his secretary Lucy is even worse! He is innattentive and dismissive like he’s always in a rush. I once waited 40 minutes for him to show up to the office for his first appt of the day. His treatment decisions are unclear, he “forgot” to give me a script for PT and then wrote it incorrecty when he gave it to me at my next appt. His secretary Lucy is extremely rude and admitted to ignoring calls from my pharmacist which caused delays in getting my meds!

I have already recommended Dr. Venkatraman to people I know. He is a very sincere, caring and professional individual. He has spent time with me answering questions that other practitioners did not have the time to discuss with me. I am on multiple medications and have only recently through my discussions with Dr. Venkatraman learned of all of the side effects as well as other important information about these medications (many of the migraine meds are used for other ailments)

First time patient. Spent a lot of time with me, very detailed questions and explanations. Very easy to talk to and ensured my diagnosis was clear to me and I understood it.

Dr. V is a extremely intelligent person and a very easygoing. I've had him as my neurologist for over a year now and he's always been really thorough with my case and as helpful as he can be. The only advice I can give is that he can be very quick so have some questions prepared before your visit.

I saw the doctor twice. Each time he seems in a very big rush and spoke very quickly. I was nearly out the door when I stopped him to ask some questions. After many expensive tests, he seemed to opt for a very common etiology for my problem. That cause was latter to be found incorrect.
