Dr Sysyn says he cancelled a service more than once that he didn't sign for. That is a contradiction - why the need to cancel when you never signed? He refused to give me an email address or a fax number to send a copy of his signature because he likely saw his signature in the past those times he claims to have cancelled. BEWARE!
