When meeting Dr. Porter I felt a sense of being understood and compassionately treated by an Internist with a lot of experience. Having been previously married to a physician myself, I was cautious, followed his diagnosis which without wanting to reveal it was very correct. It was a combination of medical, physical, spiritual and psychological interaction, including meditation and spirituality as important factors, besides committing to necessary health changes. Good physician!
Dealing with backpain with 15 days of bedrest except for bathroom is not good advice. Time to retire
