The staff is very rude and doesn’t give the right information. I was supposed to get surgery but do to neglect of giving me information on how to do home physical therapy but never informed me and the reason I got denied it’s been over a month still haven’t received the instructions for therapy my knee is getting worse n the staff always says they don’t know what to say to call back than just but me on hold till I realize they are waiting for me to hang up cause they don’t want to be bothered so I’m getting a second opinion.

I needed rotator cuff surgery to remove a very large calcium deposit. Dr. Pinkowsky did an amazing job of explaining the problem, performing the surgery and providing tremendous detail of what he performed. He is a great doctor who took the time to ensure I knew what I needed every step of the process.

The staff is fantastic. I was seen promptly for each of my appointments. Dr. Pinkowsky is a great surgeon . After my surgery, the recovery was quick and everyone at physical therapy was surprised I had a surgery recently. If I break another bone I would definitely come back here.

Nice office, pleasant staff. I saw the doctor for a hip problem. He was pleasant but rather formal. I was in so much pain and nothing was prescribed - not even a few days of medication. After I had the imaging test he ordered, he agreed to give me pain medication but by then I was home and didn't have anybody to drive me. I ended up having to see a local dr the following day just to get 5 days of pain medication. I find that absolutely ridiculous.

I have seen Dr Pinkowski for multiple surgeries and have nothing but positive outcomes. The best thing about Dr Pinkowski is as a surgeon he uses surgery as a last resort. He won't put you under the knife unless it's 100% needed which I appreciate as a patient. I totally recommend Dr Pinkowski for any injury and you will be very satisfied with him and his work and his overall demeanor and kindness.

I absolutely love this office. Front desk is always friendly. Dr. Pinkowsky couldn't be more caring. They can generally get you in for an appointment very quickly if need be. I sincerely trust him, his medical knowledge and his judgment. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease even through some not-so-easy time. I've never had better or more personal care from a healthcare team.

Dr. Pinkowski is not only the nicest Dr I had ever had he is the best dr. I ever had! At first I was afraid because he was sooo young! But let me tell you 2 months after my rotocuff surgery I'm almost fully healed. I highly recommend him. I hope I don't need to use him again but if I do I know I will be well treated. Very very satisfied patient
