in WABASH IN |
I had a truly terrible experience with Dr. Merrell. It took a month to get a appointment even after contacting them and expressing my urgency due to pain and overall instability of my dominate arm. I waited a hour to see him and his first words were "i have a huge stack of papers I haven't had time to read and I don't have your MRIs". He took no time to explain anything about my condition. Then says I see you again in six weeks. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on a enemy! Terrible.

Doctors and staff were great and very helpful. The wait was long but not terrible (around 50 mins). Ability to perform radiographs so quickly was wonderful.
