My comment is about trying to call the office for information. They answering service says they are open M-F and lunch between 12 and 1. I called 11:35 am and it went to the answering service. I have limited time during the day and I was on my lunch. And I will not be available to call after 1:00 pm. This is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate of patients!!

Showed up to have mole removed 5 min late due to traffic. Was treated totally rudely and told that procedure could not be done due to lateness. Posted policy states 15 min late. Our family of 5 have been patients for YEARS! Staff turnover is a HUGE issue and you can rarely see Dr. Lagos, you will see a different PA almost every visit due to revolving door of staff. We will NEVER be back and would never recommend this office practice.

My family doctor made a referral to Dr. Lagos in Jan. The scheduled appointment wasn't until March. I called the office to check for cancellations to see if I could get in sooner. The second time I called, the receptionist said "this is the earliest thing we have, Dr. Lagos does procedures 3 days a week". I waited for 2 months, and 5 days before my appointment, the office calls and says I have to reschedule (which I didn't). Dr. Lagos may be a good doctor, but was apparently too busy to see me.
