He's been my physician since 1989. I hope to stay with him another 29 years. He is kind, patient, soft-spoken, never harried or hurried, mild-mannered ... Knowledgeable, networked. If I ever (rarely) need anything between appointments, I am well taken care of. I can truly say he is a rarity in today's medical climate.

I started seeing Dr Jenkins back in 1990for my diabetes and primarily as my internal medicine primary care Dr, one of the Best decisions that I have made in health care, his management if my medical needs has been excellent we've referred several friends his way and continue to do so. His interaction with my family is awesome and his medical knowledge with my conditions I'd top notch I highly recommend him and his staff for your medical needs

If you are a new patient and are told yoyr first visit will be a physical, if he asks if you need refillls, be sure to ask if he's charging for an add'l office visit. I was charged an addt'l office visit. My insurance covers an annual physical at 100%. The addt'l office visit was $106 out of pocket. This is a deceptive practice. If I cant trust him with my money, I certainly cant trust him with my health.

The review about Dr. Jenkins had to be mistakenly meant for another doctor. You will not find a kinder, more thoughtful doctor who takes twice the time as most to discuss your questions.

I dont know where or how the reviewer from Horn Lake interacted with Dr. Jenkins. I started off as a sort of emergency patient of his about 13 years ago and have never seen him appear to be rushed in any fashion. His nurse/assistant always has the prep work done so he comes in the exam room ready to treat me. He takes time to informally determine my reason for the visit (usually 6 months routine), determine any particular issues we need to discuss, and recommends necessary treatments.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jenkins! He is very thorough with his exam, allows plenty of time for questions, and asks is there anything you need from me? prior to leaving the exam room. He has a very calm demeanor and never appears to be in a rush. His office staff is very pleasant.

He is very nervous type. Try to give medication with proper diagnosis. He always treated me wrong, I got frustrated and had to switch to different Doc.
