I am sure Dr. Hicklin is a great Doctor, but we did not get to see that side of him, he was not compassionate or caring in our case, and even yelled at us at one point and turned to walk out on us until my daughter told him that was unprofessional if he left. I felt he did not have the best...more

I was being treated for nocturia. He wasn't too interested in spending any more time with me than necessary in my office visits. The main thing that bothered me was that he prescribed for me a drug (Xyrem) that I later found out should have been prescribed only as a last resort, after traditional...more

Never prescribed for this indication Only one patient on Xyrem for sleep disruption and cataplexy due to narcolepsy I do not treat Nocturia I appreciate this feedback. I try to give every patient attention and enough time, admittedly hard to give enough on busy days Xyrem is a closely controlled drug that comes from only 1 pharmacy nationwide and patients are screened by me and sign a release I usually am very conservative in its use as reflected by only having one patient on it
