Dr. Gordon was very caring and sensitive to our needs during a trying time. He explained the planned procedure clearly and in laymans' terms. He also explained that there are a number of things that could have made this procedure necessary and that we should not dwell on the worst possible outcome. He was very cheerful which served to put us at ease.
