Dr. Genova has been my primary Dr. for about 25 years. I can talk to him on the problems I seem to having, he always has listened to me and will take any amount of time. I would never consider anyone else as my primary care provider.

We are new to the area and looking for an Internist. I called the office and was told we would be contacted the same day. I called back three days later and the receptionist was very rude and kept talking over me such that it was impossible to relay my inquiry. I was then told Genova was not taking new patients, thank goodness. I'd hate to have to deal with that support staff.

I was a patient with Dr Genova for over 5 years. I missed 1 appointment, and they dropped me as a patient. Receptionists and staff have turned into the rudest people I have met.
