The absolute epitome of everything that's wrong with healthcare is openly on display in this office. Waited over 2 hours past my appointment time. Those that didn't walk out were being herded from area to area. No privacy. Everyone hearing everyone's business. HIPPA??? Dr came into my room and was mistaken about my reason for visit. Had no clue that another physician had sent me straight to him this morning, prescribed me meds without knowing ANY medical history on me & sent me on my way. SOBAD

Great experience with Dr. Clariday & staff. Very comforting during my upper eyes lid surgery as I was in panic mode. I'm only two weeks in and hoping that I don't have to have revision. As of now, I'm feeling like I needed more skin removed. We will see At my 3 month visit. Scarring looks great! He did a great job. Thank You Doc.

Very good surgeon - below average office manager. Had surgery and made one week appointment for follow-up. Waited 12 hour, 15 minutes past my scheduled appt. time. Was told that he was tied up n surgery(understandable), but after waiting that long past apt, time before notified of the problem(poor office staff). Rescheduled for today. Thirty-five minutes after appt. time I had not been called back.. No excuse this time(overbooked appts.) Bad office management/accepted by doctor.
