Did a ime with this guy not a doctor in my eyes total lies never use the tool hand held goniometer use a piece of loose leaf paper to measure my grip I making a complaint to the WCB would wish everyone else do the same JM

Highly recommend! He is caring, personable and has helped me immeasurably. In my experience, people that were actually PATIENTS of Dr. Chiaramonte have had amazing experiences. Those that are on this forum that are writing negative reviews are people that received bad news during an independent medical examination (IME) and were never actually under his care. IMEs may be conducted to determine the cause, extent and medical treatment of a work-related incident and can affect future benefits.

I agree with Mr. Robert Spanerelli in that nothing this doctor says or does can be trusted. My IME with him resulted in him filing a report that was totally falsified and fabricated. This man should indeed have his license revoked. He is totally untrustworthy.
in New York, NY |
The download staff at the front desk will say to you in a low tone that this IME doctor is video taping and after sitting for 45 mins or more your name is called and. Once you've entered the exam room there are about three people in the room plus anyone you bring. In my situation there were five people in that exam room that when Dr. Chiaramonte tell's your video person he doesn't want his face video taped. And his videorapher is pointing this camera straight at you while the exam is happening
in Ronkonkoma, NY |
He is truly morally bankrupt as a man and a doctor. Nothing he says or does can be trusted or believed. He is worthy of loosing his medical license and never practicing medicine again.
