in Claremont, NH |
Dr. Barban a giant jerk and should not ever be in charge of anything medical. My mother had a malignant melanoma in her eye and complained about pain and seeing a reflection of the tumor in her eye for TWO YEARS. He told her she was making it up and nothing was wrong. Then when the tumor ruptured through her eye he still told her nothing was wrong. Repeatedly. Then a competent doctor at DHMC told her she would lose her eye and possible her life. All because he has no idea what was going on.

Dr Barban & His Employees are the Poorest Trained Group of Professionals I Have EVER DEALT WITH, I questioned my Tech as to Why I was getting my Eyes Dilated for this Re-Check of a problem, five weeks earlier when I saw him I DIDN'T NEED DILATION then, I was told "Because the Doctor said so"....NOT AN ANSWER, EVENTUALLY his tech went to get the Doctor, and "He Was Not In"..30 min into my appointment "HE WASNT THERE" I Left and was NOTIFIED Im not welcome back. BECAUSE I had the Audacity to ASK.

Joanne is extremely rude, doesn't return calls, their messaging service is obnoxious and continuously sending messages with wrong secheduled time. I will not be coming back into this office and highly suggest nobody else does
