We are so sorry to hear your experience at our office! We have high standards for the care and treatment of our patients and strive for everyone to have the best experience. We do apologize for your wait, our practice prides itself on our patients being seen promptly. At the time of your arrival the Doctor had already began surgical procedures with another patient and once he has gone into the room for surgery he cannot come out to see another patient which is why you experienced a wait.
