Couldn't agree more with the Sept. 24, 2018 review. I have seen Dr. Zarelli on several occassions and you are never sure what to expect. He can be charming and delightful or dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, if you have Kaiser and certain conditions, you are left with no other real options.

A review would be dependent on his mood for that day. I had some good appointments with Dr. Zarelli where he was kind, attentive and professional and some that were horrible where he was the opposite; yelling, rude.
