The questions do not address the issue I've had with Dr. Lipshutz. He is easy to talk to, explains things well, and doesn't rush the visit. However, there has been zero follow up on multiple occasions, no response to phone messages, and no response to a formal letter explaining my dismay at the lack of response! In short, he totally blew me off after I invested considerable time in meeting with him. I had to start from scratch with a new neurologist. Never experienced this before in my life.

We had a consultation with dr Lipshutz 2 year ago and at that time prior to schedule the consultation his staff confirmed they take our health insurance. Maybe they change their mind but the problem is that we cant afford the bill and they dont care. We are in the hand of collection agency getting calls every day to pay 275,00 dollars for the consultation they said will be pay by our health insurance. This is very hard to deal with, we already have enough problems without one more bill to pay!
