Dr. Lohse is a great surgeon and a dedicated physician. There are a variety of ways to treat my chronic hand condition, and he took the time to discuss them. He also recognized my own knowledge and experience of this condition from a lifetime of dealing with it and asked great questions that led to the best intervention. Very good!

Dr Lohse listened and took time to explain what the problem was and treatments in Great detail. The pros and cons of treatment. Gave handouts of the diagnosis. Made me aware if insurance will pay for treatment. Told to call him if I have any questions. A calming bedside manner. A plan of care was made.

Dr. Lohse has such a nice demeanor and was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my hands and the urgency with taking care of them. He ordered the necessary tests to verify his thoughts and then had honest discussions about taking care of the problems. He was firm but kind and didn't allow me to dismiss the urgency of his diagnosis.

Entrusting Dr. Lohse with the treatment of my moderate to severe bilateral carpal tunnel is a decision I will never regret. He provided expert care while remaining humble and relatable. He fully disclosed the options, risks and limitations of carpal tunnel release treatments. Moreover, he answered all of my questions in language I could understand and in so doing he eased my concerns. My surgical incisions have healed so well that the scars are hardly visible. More importantly, I have full function of my hands without numbness for the first time in decades. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Grant Lohse.

Dr. Lohse was AWESOME!!! Every step of the way he was thorough and clear in his explanation of what was taking place. He was very polite and didnt make us feel like we were dumb for the questions we asked. I highly recommended you place you next hand or wrist surgery in his care! He even personally checked on me the day after surgery. That meant a lot! Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
