Walked into the office, no front office staff available. Took 25mins to get me checked in and 50mins to go to a room. There I was informed that Dr. Heinz has been dealing with an emergency and will not be able to see me for at least 30-40mins. Why wasn’t I informed at check-in? I spent over an hour to be basically sent away. Terrible communication and customer service. As a medical office manager, I expected way better service. You decide, would you waste your time going to that office?

I have had numerous repairs from Mohs surgery performed on my face and ears. He has a perfect record of no subsequent issue and perfect healing. After numerous plastic surgery work by numerous surgeons he is the best I have found. He is also easy to engage in conversation and provides a precise explanation of what he is doing and what to expect.

I had a biopsy performed by this doctor. I was not too impressed. I was left waiting for him after his assistant cleaned the area to be biopsied with two bright lights on and aimed right to the head. He never explained what he was about to do, such as you are going to feel a little stick or you will feel some tugging but it will not hurt. When the procedure was completed there were verbal directions only, nothing in writing. I was told they would call me with the results, they never called.
